One team. Every detail.
Race weekends are won through preparation, communication, and a crew working as one from the workshop to the chequered flag.
Engineer
Fradge
Fradge the fixer is a big part of the mechanical team, responsible for brakes on the truck along with supporting truck prep, systems checks, and in-event troubleshooting. He brings calm, methodical problem-solving when every minute in the garage counts working at speed to get the truck back on the road.
Team Manager
Ethan
Ethan oversees all the mechanical team behind the truck and is the data man. He keeps the Bowler race truck sharp from workshop to paddock, focusing on setup, reliability, and turning data into fast decisions on race weekends. His technical data makes small adjustments to improve performance
Engineer
Josh
Josh is the man behind the tyres on the race truck, making full use of all the tyres over the race weekends. Josh also works across performance setup and mechanical checks for race readiness. He helps translate driver feedback and telemetry into changes that stick on track.
Engineer
Alex
Alex is "little Fradge" who is Involved in truck systems, setup and hands-on support through the weekend. He's ready for action when needed and keeps communication tight between garage, driver, and crew when the conditions change.
Engineer
Daz
Daz is a qualified mechanic who has been with the Bowler team for years and is focused on the mechanical detail that keeps the truck competitive lap after lap. He's part of the Bowler crew turning preparation into consistent race-day performance.
